What personal data does CST collect and for what purpose?
From prospects/customers: Identity, contact details, position of the persons
From candidates: Identity, contact details and information contained in the CV/application
CST undertakes to :
Not to use the data collected for any purpose other than that for which it was collected
Not to allow any outside person to enter or remain in the CST offices where certain personal data are stored without the presence of a member of CST staff
To ensure that the various employees, subcontractors or partners who intervene in the context of the services offered by CST take the necessary precautions to ensure the security of the data transmitted to them and to inform us of any problem of which they are aware and which would affect the protection of the personal data of our employees and customers.
How can I exercise my right to access, rectify or delete my personal data?
In accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, in particular law n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, as amended, and the European regulation n°2016/679/EU of
27 April 2016, CST's employees, subcontractors and customers have a right of access, rectification, portability, deletion of data or limitation of processing. It is also possible, for legitimate reasons, to legitimate reasons, to object to the processing of data within the limits of the legal obligations imposed on CST and without infringing on business secrecy or intellectual property rights.

As provided for by the CNIL, CST is not obliged to respond to requests for right of access if :
they are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive nature (for example, multiple requests close in time to a copy already provided); the data is no longer kept / has been deleted: in this case, access is impossible
